Through a detailed questionnaire you define precisely the characteristics of the home you want to find: type of construction, number of rooms, neighbourhood, budget...

For the best comprehension of your characteristics as well as the best understanding of your subjective criteria (light, room size, sounds ...) it is preferable that this first meeting be located at your current home – if you already have one in the Hérault area.

At the end of this interview a search mandate is signed.

Your hunter then starts his search for the product you best defined and visits selected homes. He keeps you informed on his mission through regular written reports which are transmitted by e mail, fax or regular mail.



You go out and only visit the real estate you are really interested in. Your hunter sets up the visits according to your schedule and your possibilities.
